1. Overview
We want you to love your Green Lifestyle purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Final-sale items (clearance, gift cards, personalised products) are not eligible.
3. Return Process
- Submit a Return Request: Log into your account or complete the return form at greenlifestylebrand.com/returns within 14 days.
- Receive Return Authorisation: We’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified carrier.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, your new item ships once your return is approved and received. Availability depends on stock.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: A flat return fee of ₦1,500 will be deducted from your refund.
6. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
